Romero connects for three goals as Oakridge slips by Western Michigan Aviation 4-2

MUSKEGON –The Oakridge boys soccer team topped the Western Michigan Aviation Academy at home on Tuesday night.

The Eagles came away with a victory by a score of 4-2.

Arturo Romero led the Eagles’ offense with his third hat trick of the season.

Zach Maitner also added a goal, while Vance Cerchiori supported with a pair of assists.

Goalkeeper Keegan Williamsen made 14 saves.

Oakridge (3-1-1) will be back on home Wednesday to take on Muskegon.
