MUSKEGON – The Whitehall volleyball team took down Oakridge in three straight sets in league action on Tuesday. 

The Vikings won by scores of 25-23, 25-18 and 25-21.

Arianna Black had 18 kills and 15 digs for the Vikings, while Kayla Mulder threw in 13 kills and scored five aces.

Sydney Shepherd contributed 42 assists and Caydence King posted three aces. Chase Baker did her part with 12 digs.

The Eagles’ Madison Babinec, Kaelinn Jozsa and Grace Clark had three kills. Andrea Romero and Lily Blackburn each added two kills apiece.

Gracie Willea earned 13 assists on the night.

Whitehall (5-10, 1-0) will be at Ludington on Thursday for a quad match.

Oakridge (1-1, 0-1) will travel to Spring Lake for the Spring Lake invite on Saturday.
