Fruitport comes up short against Allendale, falls in four sets

FRUITPORT –The Fruitport volleyball team fell to Allendale in OK-Blue action on Thursday evening.

The Trojans lost in four sets, 25-20, 14-25, 9-25 and 22-25.

Auebre Johnson had nine digs, five kills and two aces, while Raegan Dykstra added eight assists, seven digs, three kills and two aces.

Tara Sweet had 14 digs, nine kills and an ace and Kayla Kolberg made 15 digs and an ace.

Sadie Haase also added production with 13 kills and four digs.

Fruitport (6-9) will host an invitational on Saturday.
