MUSKEGON –The North Muskegon boys soccer team pulled off the upset over Western Michigan Conference foe Oakridge on Monday evening.

The Norse topped the Eagles by a score of 2-1 and handed them their first loss of the season.

Max Lasser led the way scoring both goals for the Norse off of assists from Brandon Winter and Chase Kiel.

Goalkeeper Leighton Hunt made six saves on the night.

North Muskegon (3-7-2, 1-1-1) will play host to Fremont on Wednesday.

Oakridge (7-1-1, 3-1) will travel to Shelby on Wednesday.
