HAMILTON –The Greater Muskegon co-op swim team put up a fight against No. 6-ranked Hamilton on Tuesday evening.

The Turtles fell, 112-74 to the Division 3 team from Hamilton.

Seven out of 12 events were claimed by the Turtles and they posted 16 personal record swims.

Robyn Hunt was a double winner in the 200IM (2:29.25) and 500 free (5:44.79), while Sydney Sytsema won the 50 free (27.16) and 100 back (1:09.64).

Naomi Huttenga earned a first-place finish in the 100 fly (1:08.15).

The 200-medley relay team of Robyn Hunt, Sytsema, Huttenga and Susie Van Baale took the top spot with a time of 2:03.07.

Marilyn Gaston, Huttenga, Sytsema and Hunt finished first in the 200 free relay (1:51.65).

The Turtles (5-4, 2-3) will be at home on Thursday against Fremont.
