Muskegon Catholic Central goes 0-2 at Holton tri-match

HOLTON –The Muskegon Catholic Central volleyball team dropped two matches in a tri-match on Tuesday evening.

The Crusaders fell to Potter’s House in three sets, 25-16, 13-25, 10-15, and took a heartbreaking loss against Holton, 25-27, 24-26.

Elana LaGuire had eight digs and scored six aces, while Claire LaVigne had 20 assists and 12 digs.

Defensively, Aubrey Shepherd added 14 digs.

Muskegon Catholic (11-17) will travel to Hesperia on Thursday for a quad match.

Holton will visit Mason County Central on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
