Pascal Jolman runs wild in Fruitport’s rout of Hamilton

HAMILTON — Fruitport running back Paschal Jolman had a game he will never forget on Friday night.

Paschal Jolman rushed 13 times for 339 yards and six touchdowns and led the Trojans (6-2) to a 61-36 OK-Blue victory over Hamilton. He scored on runs of 58, 46, 26, 14, 77 and 57 yards.

Twin brother, Colin Jolman, the quarterback, scored two touchdowns on runs of 10 and 1 yards.

After spotting the hosts a 6-0 lead, the Trojans took over and led 36-20 at the half and 55-20 after three quarters.

Kayden Beardsley scored Fruitport’s other touchdown on a 36-yard run.

The Trojans rushed for more than 400 yards. They attempted just three passes in the game.

Fruitport will host Holland Christian to complete the regular season next week.
