REED CITY–The Grant Tigers simply were no match for the Reed City Coyotes on Friday evening.
The Tigers found themselves on the short end of a 62-8 Central States Athletic Association-Gold game.
Reed City led 48-0 after the first quarter and 56-0 at halftime. The Coyotes tacked on a TD in the third and fourth quarters. Grant got on the board in the third quarter with a touchdown and the converted the 2-point conversion.
Reed City racked up 359 total yards of offense, all on the ground
Grant (1-7, 1-5) wraps up its regular season next Friday at Kent City.
