League champion Shelby and runner-up North Muskegon each placed three players on the West Michigan Conference-Rivers all-conference volleyball team.

Undefeated Shelby placed sophomores Navea Gauthier and Audrey Horton on the first team along with senior Morgan Weirich. Gauthier is an outside hitter, Horton is a setter and Weirich is the Libero.

The runner-up Norse also had a trio of first teamers, including senior middle hitter Joslynne Bogner, senior outside hitter Natalie Pannucci and junior setter Sami Baker.

Hart and Hesperia each placed two players on the all-conference team. For the Pirates, senior Libero Mariana VanAgtmael and sophomore middle hitter Addison Hovey were chosen. Senior setter Lacey McCallum and senior outside hitter Trinity Tanner were honored for the Panthers.

Junior setter Abbie Fowler was honored from Holton, Vyktoria Dunblazier, a sophomore outside hitter from Mason Central and Ravenna’s Maesyn Marshall, a senior outside hitter, were the remaining first-team selections.

Honorable mention choices include Shelby’s Claire Gowell, Hart’s Mya Chickering, Hesperia’s Emma Muckey and Holton’s Ryann Robbins.
