Big Reds wrestlers finish with a Thursday night split

FRUITPORT – The Muskegon wrestling team closed up the regular season in an OK Blue/Green quad on Wednesday evening.

The Big Reds topped Wyoming, 52-18, and struggled in a loss to Hamilton, 76-6.

Nyzirre Wynn led the Big Reds with a 2-0 record.

Treyvion Johnson, Tobias Metlon, Lamar Bradford, Dakarri Genson, Carl Lawton, DaShaun Wallace-Oakes and Seth Harris finished at .500 with records of 1-1.

Muskegon will travel to Zeeland West on Saturday for the OK Conference-Green Championship.
