Calvary Christian girls dominate Wellspring Prep from start to finish

FRUITPORT–Fruitport Calvary Christian cruised to a 74-18 victory over Alliance League foe Wellspring Prep on Friday evening.

Calvary Christian began the game on a 27-2 run that spanned the first quarter. The Eagles expanded their lead to 44-9 at halftime. The third quarter was more of the same as the Eagles led 64-11.

McKena Wilson led the Eagles with 24 points, eight rebounds, and seven steals. Nora Pollock contributed 14 points, six steals, five rebounds, and four assists. Kamea Sutherland chipped in 13 points, five rebounds, four steals, and three assists and Ava Wilson added 11 points.

Calvary Christian (6-9, 2-1) will host Muskegon Catholic on Tuesday.
