NORTON SHORES–The Mona Shore Sailors celebrated Senior Night on Friday, but came out on the wrong end of a 71-46 score to OK Conference-Green foe, Zeeland East.
Zeeland East got out to a 15-13 lead after the first quarter. The visitors extended their lead to 27-18 at the half.
Zeeland East racked up a 25-14 third-quarter scoring advantage and held a 52-32 lead entering the fourth quarter.
Daryl Robinson led Mona Shores with 11 points while Jordan Bledsoe tossed in nine points. JT Foster scored eight points while Ryan Oppsommer contributed seven points.
Mona Shores (4-15, 1-11) will travel to Reeths-Puffer on Tuesday evening.
