MUSKEGON–The Muskegon Lady Big Reds took care of business on Tuesday evening in an OK-Green matchup with Holland. Muskegon posted a convincing 68-34 victory.

Muskegon (14-7, 11-2) will travel across town on Friday evening to take on Mona Shores hoping for a share of the league title, but Holland would have to pull off an upset against Reeths-Puffer.

On Tuesday the Big Reds jumped out to a 14-10 lead after the first eight minutes before putting the game away during the middle two quarters.

Muskegon outscored the Dutch 17-5 in the second stanza to take a 31-15 halftime lead then racked up a 28-2 scoring advantage in the third period to take 59-17 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Mariah Sain led Muskegon with 14 points. Joining her in double figures were Kamiya Anderson and Ty’Veonna Davis with 11 points apiece. Jaila Martin tossed in nine points.
