GRAND RAPIDS — A tough second quarter created a deficit the Oakridge Eagles’ boys could not get out of on Tuesday night.

Host Potters House outscored the Eagles 15-5 in the second quarter and carried that to a 66-48 victory over the Eagles.

Oakridge led 15-14 after one quarter, but trailed 29-20 at the half. Potters House enjoyed a 37-28 scoring advantage in the second half.

Matt Danicek led Oakridge with 17 points. Peyton Ruel added 16 points and six assists. Evan Jozsa had six rebounds and Ty Maitland had five.

Oakridge (9-12, 5-6) will host Montague on Thursday.
