LUDINGTON — Reeths-Puffer snapped the Ludington girls’ six-game winning streak Tuesday night with a narrow 42-39 non-conference win at Hawley Gymnasium.

“I think this is a good game to prepare you for going into February and going into March,” said Ludington coach Warren Stowe. “They’re a physical team. We knew they’d see pressure. They were down a girl tonight. It was a good game. I love having Puffer on the schedule. This will make us better in the long run.”
Sophia Hekkema led Reeths-Puffer with a game-high 13 points while Brooklynn Tornes tossed in 10 points. Ashlynn Anderson led Reeths-Puffer with seven rebounds.
Emma McKinley led the Orioles with 10 points. She was followed by Keelyn Laird with eight and Karli Meysar with six.
