Western Michigan Christian boys earn non-league victory over Martin

MUSKEGON — The Western Michigan Christian Warriors pulled out a tight 55-51 victory over visiting Martin in boys basketball on Tuesday night.

WMC led 18-14 after one quarter, but fell behind 29-27 at the half.

Martin maintained the two-point lead at 43-41 heading into the final quarter, but a 14-6 scoring advantage in the final quarter gave the Warriors the narrow victory.

Jared Olson and Fisher Campbell led WMC with 12 points each. Danny Maat added 11.

WMC (7-14) will travel to Ravenna on Thursday.
