KENT CITY–The Kent City Eagles broke a 4-all tie with a run in the bottom of the seventh inning on Tuesday and defeated the Fremont Packers 5-4.
Webb Longcore led Kent City with three hits and two RBI. Zane Kik had the Eagles’ only other hit.
The Eagles allowed four unearned runs in the contest as four pitchers allowed five hits. In all, Kent City committed five errors
