BALDWIN — Pentwater extended its season one more game by dispatching winless Big Rapids Crossroads Academy, 74-23, in Division 4 district action on Wednesday.
 
The Falcons made short work of the Cougars, exploding 31-6 lead at the end of the first quarter.
 
Pentwater led 41-9 at the half and 63-18 after three quarters.
 
Jonny Arnouts and Mikey Carlson led the Falcons with 12 points apiece, while Trey Johnson contributed 11 points and Will Werkema-Grondsma and Kaleb Brown each had eight.
 
The Falcons (11-12) next face Baldwin in the district finals.

Pentwater lost both of its regular season games to No. 3-ranked Baldwin (21-1), 82-62 and 73-61.
