HOLTON — The White Cloud Indians traveled to Holton on Monday and handily swept the baseball doubleheader.

The Indians won the opener, 15-5, and the nightcap, 8-0.

Alex Cruzan led the way with three hits and three RBI. Mason Ruether added two hits, two RBI and scored two runs. KJ Strait scored three runs.

Ruether was the winning pitcher. He allowed one hit and struck out two.

In the frigid nightcap, Domonick Burkhart led White Cloud with two hits, two RBI and two runs scored. Reece Hewitt had two hits and Christian Ringler scored two runs.

Strait was the winning pitcher. He allowed no hits and struck out one.
