Hart track teams sweep Hart & Sole Invitational

HART–The Hart boys and girls track and field teams swept the eight-team Hart & Sole Music Invite on Saturday.

The Hart boys team finished with 136 points. They were followed by Reed City with 98 points and Ludington came in third place with 94. Other team scores included: Sparta (84), Mason County Eastern (45), GRTC Peregrines (34), Pentwater (23) and Pine River (11).

In the girls’ meet, the Pirates ran away from the field with 173 points. Pine River finished in second place with 66 points and Ludington came in third place with 64. Other team scores included: Sparta (58.5), Mason County Eastern (53.5), Reed City (51), GRTC Peregrines (47) and Pentwater (14).
