HOLLAND — The Mona Shores Sailors baseball team cruised past Holland 12-0 in six innings to sweep the three-game series on Thursday afternoon.

On Tuesday, the Sailors swept a doubleheader from Holland.

Junior Hayden Smith was solid on the mound for Mona Shores. Smith allowed seven hits and one walk while striking out three to earn the complete-game shutout. 
 
Offensively, the Sailors pounded out 14 hits. Leading the way were Javanni Johnson and Brady Recknagel with three hits each. Johnson also drove in a run and scored a run. Recknagel drove in three and scored two. Jaxon Huffman had two hits, including a double and an RBI and Ethan Ring added two hits. Jaden Thomas scored three runs. 
 
Mona Shores improves to 5-0, 3-0 in the OK-Green.
 
The Sailors will travel to Grand Haven at 11 a.m. Saturday for a doubleheader.
