The Fremont Packers won both ends of a West Michigan Conference softball doubleheader over Orchard View on Tuesday.
The Packers won the first game, 11-1, and the nightcap, 17-2.
In the first game, Sophia Romine was the winning pitcher for Fremont. Romine, Savannah Keur and Mckenzie Gugins each had multiple hits for the Packers.
Eliana Jennings had two hits for Orchard View.
In the second game, Gugins led the way with three hits and four RBI. One of her hits was a home run. Romine was the winning pitcher.
Fremont finished with 13 hits.
Freshmen Abbie Cook and Alyvia Fisher had multi-hit games for Orchard View.
