HOLTON — The host Holton Red Devils dropped a pair of softball games to the No. 1 team in Division 3 on Thursday.
Evart won the first game, 10-4, and the nightcap, 4-2. Holton came into the game ranked No. 4 in Division 4.
In the opener, Evart scored five runs in the sixth inning to gain the upper hand.
Ryann Robins led Holton with two hits, one a home run, and two RBI. Kenzie Greene had two hit and Grace Thompson knocked in two runs.
In the second game, Evart scored three runs in the top of the sixth inning.
Aubrey Goyings led Holton with a double and a single.
