WHITEHALL — The Holton Red Devils brought out the big bats on Thursday and swept Whitehall in a softball doubleheader.

The Red Devils won the opener, 13-7, and the nightcap, 15-3.

In the first game, Holton had 13 hits, led by winning pitcher Kenzie Greene and Ryann Robins with each. Robins also drove in five runs. Lexi Bartolameolli, Aubrey Goyings and Abbie Fowler each had a pair of hits. Bartolameolli had a double and had three RBI.

Onnyka Dempsey led Whitehall with two hits, one a double, and three RBI. Taylor Ottinger had two hits.

In the second game, Greene belted two home runs and drive in five runs for the Red Devils. Robins, Sydney McCormick and Fowler each had three hits. Robins had three RBI and McCormick drove in two runs. Grace Thompson had two hits.

Fowler was the winning pitcher.

Annabel Kevwitch had three hits to lead Whitehall. Lucy Tucker had two RBI.
