The Oakridge Eagles ventured out of the conference on Wednesday and posted two baseball victories over Sparta.
Oakridge won the opener, 9-2, and the nightcap, 8-3.
In the opener, Adrian LaNore was the winning pitcher. He allowed two runs on four hits. Gage Lowry had three hits and three RBI. Brody Jennings and Evan Miller each had two hits. Miller had a triple and a double.
In the nightcap, Michael Wambaugh was solid on the mound and at the plate. He was the winning pitcher, allowing three runs on two hits. At the plate, he had three hits, including two doubles, and three RBI. Jennings had two hits and scored three runs. Noah MacFayden had two hits and three RBI. Miller scored three runs.
