COOPERSVILLE — The Whitehall Vikings suffered a pair of non-league baseball losses on Tuesday to host Coopersville.
The Vikings lost the opener, 10-3, and the nightcap, 4-3.
In the opener, the Broncos took control of the game with four runs in the first and three more in the third inning.
Brock Morningstar and Ryne Christiansen each had a double for Whitehall, which used four pitchers in the game.
In the second game, Isaac VanAmberg had two hits and Christiansen had a triple to lead the Vikings.
Whitehall will take on Fruitport on Saturday in district play at Oakridge High School.
