NORTON SHORES – The Mona Shores volleyball team remained perfect in the OK Conference-Green record with a five-set victory over Zeeland West on Thursday.
The Sailors went back and forth to win in five sets, 25-18, 17-25, 25-18, 26-28 and 15-8.
Grace Allen had 20 kills and 20 digs while Kyann Hellmann had 38 assists and 14 digs. Jersey VanderWall added 11 kills and four blocks. Izzy Sturtevant chipped in 24 digs and Kyli Geoghan scored five aces.
Mona Shores (22-3, 6-0) will see more conference play when they travel to Zeeland East on Tuesday.
