STANTON – The Grant softball team got swept in a CSAA twin bill against Central Montcalm on Tuesday evening.
The Tigers fell 10-0 and 5-1.
In the opener, Reese Gragg took the loss on the mound. She allowed four hits with five strikeouts. Gragg accounted for the Tigers’ lone hit in the game.
Danica Gee gave up two hits and struck out four batters in the nightcap.
Kaylin Hawes had one hit, a double, and an RBI. Riley Martin chipped in a double, while Gee added a pair of hits. Alex Obenauf, Gragg and Gracen Scott each had a hit.
Grant is set to host Big Rapids for league action on Friday.
