HUDSONVILLE – The Fremont baseball team fell to talented Hudsonville Unity Christian, 12-2, to close out the regular season on Tuesday.

The Packers struggled at the plate against the Crusader pitching. Brayden Crosley had a hit and an RBI. Paxton Borgman collected a hit.

Borgman took the loss on the mound. He gave up two hits, two runs and struck out two.

Fremont is set to travel to Big Rapids at 10 a.m. Saturday in the district semifinals against Ludington.
