The Reeths-Puffer Rockets advanced to the Division 1 district semifinal round on Thursday with a 10-3 victory over Mona Shores.
The Rockets will take on Muskegon at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 1 in the district semifinals at Grand Haven High School.
Miley Peterson pitched five innings for the Sailors, allowing eight runs on eight hits while striking out three batters. Lily Baskin tossed two innings, allowing two runs on two hits.
Jada Mosher, Maggie McCarthy, Brooklyn Graham, and Grace Michelli each collected a hit for the Sailors.
Mona Shores finished 12-20-2 overall record, 7-7 record in the OK-Green.
