GRANDVILLE – The Grandville Bulldog ground game overpowered West Ottawa Friday night and delivered a 38-3 win in O-K Red competition.

Despite a slow start, Grandville did not let up, feeding the running backs 42 times out of their 45 offensive plays. The hosts amassed 247 rushing yards and scored all five of their TDs on the ground.  The Bulldogs called just three pass plays all night.

Grandville’s Jayden Terry ran the ball 21 times for 155 yards and scored the first three TDs of the game from 2, 13, and 3 yards out. The Bulldogs had two other rushing scores and a 39-yard field goal.

West Ottawa kicker Quinn Basselin broke the shutout by sending a 23-yard field goal through the uprights in the fourth quarter.
