KENT CITY – The Kent City volleyball team split a tri-match at home on Thursday evening.
The Eagles narrowly dropped a three-set match to Northpointe Christian (18-25, 26-24, 13-15) but took down Greenville (25-15, 25-14).
Laynee Hoffman led the Eagles with 12 kills and 25 digs. Maddy Mitchell had seven kills and five blocks. Alyssa Miller added six kills and 20 digs, while Kaden Perkins had four aces, six assists and 33 digs.
Milah Mollien scored five aces and Cailynn Hazel made 29 assists.
Kent City (21-11-3) will close out the regular season at Sparta on Wednesday.
