The Muskegon Heights Tigers pulled off quite a feat on Tuesday night.
The foul-ravaged Tigers captured a 75-73 overtime victory over Wyoming Lee with just four players remaining on the floor. With three players fouling out, the Tigers gritty remaining players were able to capture the victory.
Jamarion Taylor led Muskegon Heights with 32 points and 12 rebounds. Among his baskets were five dunks. Marcus Bradford added 18 points and nine rebounds.
Heights led 14-13 after one quarter and 32-28 at the half. Taylor was instrumental in the Tigers’ scoring advantage in that second quarter with 12 points.
Lee battled back in the third quarter and took a one-point lead, 43-42, into the final quarter.
Regulation ended at 62-all. Taylor bagged the Tigers’ final two points in regulation to force the extra session then 11 more in the overtime period.
