ONEKAMA – It certainly wasn’t the finish to the regular season the Mason County Eastern boys basketball team was hoping for Thursday night with the district tournament starting next week.

The Cardinals lost to Onekama, 72-28.
 
Aaron Drake scored 10 points to lead Mason County Eastern.

The Cardinals completed the regular season with a 5-17 record, and now prepare to host the MHSAA Division 4 district tournament where they take on Baldwin in the semifinals.
