WHITE CLOUD – The Newaygo boys’ basketball team finished strong on Tuesday, resulting in a 69-54 victory over White Cloud.
The Lions trailed 19-16 after the first quarter but came alive in the second quarter, taking a 34-25 lead at halftime.
Hunter Yearsovich paced Newaygo with 24 points while Ethan Reyburn scored 17 and Russell Toth had 12.
