The Ravenna Bulldogs edged out North Muskegon 2-0 and 9-8 in West Michigan Conference baseball on Monday.

Logan Jacobs’ sacrifice fly drove in Tierstyn McBride to give Ravenna a 1-0 lead in the third inning.

McBride started the inning with a double and was moved over by Logan Jacobs sacrifice bunt.

The Bulldogs added an unearned run in the seventh.

Jake Metten pitched the complete game shutout for Ravenna, giving up six hits on three strikeouts in Game 1.

Ravenna fought off five lead changes sealing the victory in Game 2.

The Bulldogs scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh on a wild pitch and a Norse error.

Austin Sied, Bronson Leutzinger and Metten each had two hits for the Bulldogs.

Riley Draper and Ben Gautraud had three hits each for the Norse in Game 2.
