The Hesperia volleyball team won its Volley Against Violence Event tournament on Saturday.

The Panthers defeated Pentwater in the finals and Wyoming in the semifinals after posting a 4-0-2 record in pool play.

Hesperia was led by Delaney Hussey with 48 kills, while Alyssa Miller had 35 and Ally Bayle added 28.

Emily Bayle led the Panthers defensively with 78 digs and Miller contributed with 35.

Hesperia is now 24-19-6 on the season and 6-3 in league play.
