Iris Herald’s five goals propelled the Reeths-Puffer girls soccer team to a 10-0 O-K
Black Conference win over Muskegon on Thursday.

Morgan Szost, Kendall Jones, McKenna Monette, Emma Dobb and Lexi Bolles each added a goal.

Jenna Harris had a team high two assists.

The Rockets improved to 8-2-1 in their conference play and 9-6-1 overall.

FRUITPORT CALVARY CHRISTIAN 5, KALAMAZOO HERITAGE CHRISTIAN 0- The Eagles led 2-0 at halftime behind goals from Bree Johnson and Emily Weaver coming off assists from Emily May and Cate Anhalt.

Anhalt increased FCC lead to 3-0 with a free kick to start the second half.

Kristina Warren scored on an assist from May to make it 4-0, while Rena Malek ended the scoring for the Eagles on an unassisted goal.

The Eagles are now 10-2-1 overall and 4-2-1 in conference play.

FREMONT 5, NEWAYGO 0 – Natalie Jamieson scored 2 goals while Kaley Wyant, Jeanelle Scharphorm and Paige Kinsey all added single tallies.

Elly O’Neill and Avery Curnett chipped in with assists.

The Packers outshot Newaygo by an 11-1 margin during the match.

Fremont’s goalkeeper Audrey Johnson made one save.

The Packers improved to 8-4-4 overall and 4-3-1 in the conference play.

MONA SHORES 8, KENOWA HILLS 0 –  Nora Brown led the Sailor offense, scoring a three-goal hat trick,
while Mieke Hart, Julia Tierman, Caitlin McCombs, Sydney Fetters and Riley
Rosenthal scored single goals.

Erin Powers had a team-high three assists while Bri Wade and Hart each had two.

Mona Shores’ goalkeeper Emma Lynn recorded her ninth shutout of
the season.

The Sailors improved to 12-3-4 overall and 10-0-1 in conference action.

TRI COUNTY 2, LUDINGTON 1- The lone goal from the Orioles came from
Anna Wietrzykowski with Sophia Cooney getting the assist.

Lindsey Lovato suffered the loss in net for Ludington, stopping 10 shots on the night.

The Orioles fell to 8-9-1 on the season.
