It was a rough day for Reeths-Puffer in volleyball invitational

HOLLAND – The Reeths-Puffer volleyball team was winless at the West Ottawa Invitational on Saturday.

The Rockets went 0-4 with losses against Jenison (17-25, 22-25), Gull Lake (13-25, 15-25), Kalamazoo Central (13-25, 16-25) and Sparta (23-25, 19-25).

Maddi Dyer accumulated 45 assists, 19 digs and two aces while Alissa Klopp threw in 17 kills, seven digs and a pair of blocks. Mady Snyder added 15 kills, 15 digs and an ace. Megan Barmes had 36 digs and three aces.

Reeths-Puffer (4-15-1, 2-1) will be at Grand Rapids Union for an OK Conference-Green match on Tuesday.
