Holton downs CSAA-foe Central Montcalm in girls volleyball

The Holton Red Devils picked up a Central States Activities Association win Wednesday, defeating Central Montcalm in three games.

Holton beat the Hornets 25-18, 28-25, 25-21.

Jacki Stone led the Red Devils with 12 kills and two blocks, while Rachel Younts finished with eight points, four aces, 11 kills, 12 digs and two blocks.

Shelby Younds contributed 11 points, five aces and 25 assists, with Katie Wildfong finishing with seven points and two aces, and Emily Minaker adding six digs in the victory.
