Errol Palmer is a 40-year-old car salesman who lives happily with his girlfriend and their three-year-old daughter in Roosevelt Park. 
Until recently, he hadn’t boxed competitively in nearly 20 years.
But Palmer got back in the ring in January for the professional boxing opportunity that slipped away from him three different times in the past.
