The Holton softball team swept a doubleheader with White Cloud Tuesday to remain unbeaten on the season.

The Red Devils (13-0, 8-0) cruised to an 11-0 victory in Game 1 before winning a tightly contested nightcap 7-6.

Makaela Baker was on the mound for the Red Devils in Game 1 and held White Cloud to just two hits to record the shutout.

Holton was paced offensively by Morgan Murat, Courtney Slater and Machaela Ross with two hits each. Adreanna Fitzgerald and Kaylee Piper added a double each for Holton.

Picking up the win from the mound in Game 2 was Haley Brandt.

Brandt, Murat and Slater each had two hits, while Emily Larabee and Shelbey Younts both doubled for the Red Devils in the nightcap.
