Muskegon Lumberjack goaltender Kevin Lindskoug has been named the Reebok Goaltender of the Week for the third time this season.

Lindskoug posted a 1-0 shutout over Sioux City on Friday and allowed one goal in a 4-1 victory over the Indiana Ice on Saturday night.

He stopped 69 of the 70 shots he faced last weekend.

“It feels awesome to win the award as the defense in front of me contributed greatly to the solid weekend and helped my confidence grow,” Lindskoug said. “Coach (Manny) Legace is continuing to provide great guidance as we work every practice on my mobility while switching to the American style of goaltending.”

Lindskoug leads the USHL with six shutouts as well as a .926 save percentage. He is second in the league in victories with 17 and he owns a 2.40 goals-against-average.

He also won the award back in October and again in December.
