NORTH MUSKEGON FALLS TO SAUGATUCK IN GIRLS BASKETBALL

Poor foul shooting cost North Muskegon’s girls basketball team in a 33-30 loss to visiting Saugatuck on Friday night.

The Norse were 8-of-20 from the foul line and shot only 21 percent from the field.

NM trailed 24-18 entering the final quarter, but Saugatucks’s Erica Fuller scored five of her 11 points in the final quarter for the Indians.

Morgan Seaberg led the Norse with nine points and Alli Wierda had five steals.
