The Muskegon Community College baseball team advanced to the Region 12 regionals with a 9-1 win over Owens CC on Thursday.
Nick Eely was the winning pitcher scattering six hits and fanning five.
Jason Ribecky and Travis Cohoon had two hits each for MCC and Cohoon added two RBIs.
MCC (34-14) will play Grand Rapids CC on Friday at 3:30 p.m. at C.O. Brown Stadium in Battle Creek.
