The Muskegon Lumberjacks traded forward Cooper Marody to the Sioux Falls Stampede Thursday for forward Will Graber.

The two teams also exchanged draft picks as part of the transaction.

Marody had a total of 11 goals and 28 assists in his two-plus seasons with the Lumberjacks. This year he had two goals and seven assists in 14 games.

Marody recently returned to action following an injury in October.

Graber, a Longmont, Colorado native, comes to the Lumberjacks after skating in 20 games this season with the Stampede and totaling four goals and six assists.  The forward also appeared in 20 games last season with Sioux falls after being drafted in the 2013 USHL Phase II Draft in the 18th round (269th overall).

The Lumberjacks will have home games Friday and Saturday against Team USA. Puck drop for both contests is 7:15 p.m.
