Facing the possibility of falling to the second-place Bucs, the O-K Red Conference-leading Eagles erased a 4-2 deficit in the seventh inning to stun Grand Haven, 6-4. The Eagles connected on a two-run home run and a two-run double – all with two outsĀ – to snatch the lead away from Grand Haven.

Flabbergasted but determined, Grand Haven loaded the bases with two outs in the bottom of the seventh before grounding out to end the game.

Grand Haven Coach Paul Masko credited Kaylee Hartwell for pitching an outstanding game, while Mikayla Gronback led the Bucs’ offense with three hits and two RBIs.
