Fruitport’s varsity volleyball fought back Lakes Eight Conference rival Fremont on Tuesday in a four-game final, 25-8, 21-25, 25-18, 25-20.
The Trojans improve to 20-14 overall this season.
Ally German and Jordyn Carlyle led the Trojans’ attack at the net, totaling 12 and 10 kills, repsectively. Setter Alyssa Veihl added eight kiils, 43 assists and 34 digs.
Eliza Johnson led Fruitport with four blocks, while Rebekah Busscher served well with five aces.
