The Fruitport baseball team swept Fremont on Friday in a Lakes 8 Conference doubleheader, 11-3 and 10-0.
In Game 1, Parker Tawney pitched a complete game for the Trojans to pick up the win, allowing three runs on five hits while also striking out three Packers.
Matt Sander, Brendan Peterman and Connor Schuitema all had two hits for Fruitport in the first game.
In the nightcap, Schuitema earned the win on the mound, pitching six innings for the Trojans. He allowed five hits while striking out four batters.
Sander, Schuitema and Jarod Wierengo paced the Trojans with three hits in the nightcap. Schuitema, Tawney and Casey Gagnon each had two RBIs.
Fremont was led by Dylan Foster with two hits in Game 2.
