The Hesperia football team finished the season with a resounding 44-7 victory over Shelby on Friday.

The Panthers generated 470 total yards on offense, with 410 coming on the ground.

Hesperia led 14-7 after the first quarter, 30-7 at halftime and 44-7 through three quarters.

Logan Pearson led the rushing attack for the Panthers with 168 yards on 14 carries, he also had two touchdowns.

Logan Balkema also had a stellar all-around game for Hesperia with 93 yards on nine carries and he was 2-for-3 passing for 49 yards and a 20-yard touchdown pass to Kaiden Robbins.

Johnny Majersky also had 54 yards on seven carries with touchdowns of 14 and six yards.

Balkema finished with 14 tackles for the Panthers.
